WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. Typically, we ship via USPS or UPS. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
When certain conditions are met (for example spending over a certain amount of money), we may offer Standard Insured Shipping for free. In this case, orders are usually delivered after 2-3 weeks of being placed.
- Standard Insured Shipping
We also offer Standard Insured Shipping for $4.99 (as of 1/23/22). In this case, orders are usually delivered after 2-3 weeks of being placed.
- Expedited Insured Shipping
For customers who want their order delivered faster, we offer Expedited Insured Shipping for $19.99 (as of 1/23/22). In this case, orders are usually delivered after 1-2 weeks of being placed.
All orders are insured. This means if there is an issue with your product (damaged or lost in transit), we will work with you to either replace, discount, or refund your order. We just ask that customers send a photo of their damaged product, and we'll handle the rest.
Due to global trade issues, some orders are being delivered later than expected. We sincerely apologize for this, we are closely monitoring the situation and are working with our shipping partners to ensure customers receive their orders as soon as possible.
